Detailed introduction:

Due to the increasing process technology of wafer foundry, the current Wafer sorter’s Wafer ID can’t meet the needs of each plant, resulting in the failure of the Wafer sorter identification, and the old vision card and camera damage and repair price… For other reasons, the Wafer ID identification function failed to meet expectations.

Therefore, the company has modified and upgraded the Wafer ID identification function of Brooks Sorter (Irvine Sorter) and PST Sorter, and developed it together with the German manufacturer htt GROUP. In the existing Wafer Sorter operation mode, the old OCR Function and Vision card will be not used. And Camera and Vision card replaced to HTT Camera, enhance the Wafer ID identification and maintenance issues of each foundry.
